Overview
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–2] business days.
Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
We do not ship on major holidays. During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take an additional [1–2] days.
2. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
FitBuddySupplements is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit.
If you receive a damaged order, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at fitbuddythesupplementstore@gmail.com
