​To maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene for all our customers, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

​1. Non-Returnable Items
​Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements and health consumables), all sales are final. To ensure that every customer receives a fresh, untampered product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items once they have been delivered.

​2. Why are supplements non-returnable?

​Once a supplement bottle leaves our controlled warehouse environment, we can no longer guarantee that it has been stored under the required conditions (temperature, humidity, and light). To protect our community from potentially compromised products, we do not restock or resell returned items.

​3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
​We take great care in packaging your order, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit.

​Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged or the seal is broken, please contact us within [48 hours/3 days] of delivery.

​Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately.
​To process a claim for a damaged or incorrect item:

​Include clear photos of the damaged packaging/product or the incorrect item received.
​Upon verification, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

​4. Order Cancellations
​Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled or modified.

​5. Lost or Stolen Packages
​FitBuddy Supplements is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
